Odd Down is an area mostly occupied by families but is friendly and welcoming.

Combe Down is a village suburb that sits on a ridge above and about 1.5 miles to the south of Bath city centre. It is generally a quiet and friendly area to live, enjoying more green spaces than other areas. Accommodation is mainly semi-detached or terraced houses, many with gardens.

The area is popular with students who attend the University of Bath and has a range of local amenities, including the Bradford Road shops and also The Avenue which has a convenience store and deli. There are local pubs within walking distance and a rugby union and cricket club.
